Shipping info:
Send your die(s), trimmed and unpainted. There is no need to blockout undercuts, as our software automatically will do this. Please do not mark the margin, as some wax type pencils will create a shiny surface that will have random light dispersion and scan data may be affected. If you do have a painted die or have already used a mark on the margin, it will be no problem. We will use a special dusting agent (as little as possible) to make surface scanable. We also use this to scan metal implant abutments as your primary die. When sending a bridge case, please include a complete model that has been sectioned and trimmed.
Please use a shipping company with a tracking system. Include models if virtual waxing is needed and for all bridges. A shade will be needed for staining, and we can accept any shading system, ex. 3D, Vita classic, Bioblend, Chromoscope, etc. We use UPS ground for all cases, unless other arrangements are made ahead of time. Please package models with care, using bubble-wrap or similar. Include contact info, phone number, hours of operation, etc. for new customers.
Billing information:
We expect payment arrangements to be made before your case arrives. We accept check and most major credit cards. We do offer monthly billing for customers after the first month of service.
Return/Remake policy:
We will gladly remake/refund a case if a legitimate explination can be provided. If your remakes exceed 5% of total work during a monthly cycle, a discussion will be needed to continue using our services. Thank you for your understanding.
